At Dear Apothecary, we want you to be completely enamored with your curated wardrobe additions. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn garments in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at an authorized collection point; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
